Creative J’s has partnered with “1 Stop Promotion Shop Inc” and together we have created a company that is expanding at a phenomenal rate.

1 Stop currently has 20 active outside sales reps out in the field getting orders for business cards, brochures, postcards, web design, t-shirts and embroidery, banners, magnets etc. They are out there to supply businesses with every promotional material or item that they might need in order to thrive.

This is where Creative Js comes in. Ninety-Five percent of those orders need some kind of design work to complete and close the deal. The 1 Stop sales reps can’t close their deals without the artwork component. Our job is to secure each and every new job with creative artwork that will enhance the quality of the client’s promotional material and will create loyalty in the client as well. We will be working hand in hand with the 1 Stop Reps to ensure 1 Stops and Creative Js success.

The more designers we have to do their projects the more sales reps they will get.

Also, as you may already know, if you design a logo for a new company then that companies next step is to get business cards, then brochures, then signs, then a web site, and as that company becomes more successful, in part from our beautifully designed promotional materials, they come back for more. For each of these projects Creative J’s will have you bid. You will use your own pricing structure and good judgment. Then as a Creative J’s employee you will receive a commission for each project that you complete successfully.

This structure is mutually beneficial for all parties. The 1 Stop rep gets to make their sale and the designer gets another project. The income potential of all involved is unlimited.

As you can see, this structure is also somewhat self-governing. The designer who overbids or otherwise fails the end client will result in the loss of the client for both designer and the 1 Stop rep. A designer who prefers to bid too high rather than land a new client will not last long. On the other hand, a smart designer knows that a satisfied return client is worth a lot more for both the designer and the rep and will bid each job with this in mind in hopes that we will get their repeat business.
